   你必須將『你是誰』與『你做什麼』分開

   否則你的自我價值將會上下波動、如同選舉期間政治人物的聲勢一樣

   每一個人都犯錯、但上帝永遠愛我們這個人

   人對我們有何看法不太重要 

   不要讓『渴望被人認同的意念』凌駕於你、控制你

   請注意：凡你所行，應當是為了神的榮耀

   神對你有何看法才重要

   當你經驗到你的心及行事為人得神喜悅了

   你的靈也滿足而喜悅

   別人的意見不能綑綁你

   這是自由

      You've got to know who you are apart from what you do,

      otherwise your self-worth will fluctuate like a politician's popularity

      in an election year.

     Everybody makes mistakes, but God truely loves us.

     Think nothing of what people think of you

      Thirsting for recognition gives others power over you.

      Listen : " Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. "

     How God view you matters absolutely. 

     When you experience God's pleasure in your heart and what you're doing,

      Your spirit satisfies and cheers,

      Anybody else's affirmation won't bind you.

      This is really freedom.
